🚚 Shipping & Delivery (Outside London)

We use DPD Next Day delivery for all orders outside of London to ensure your items arrive fresh.

• Shipping Cost: £10 flat rate.
• Minimum Spend: There is a £60 minimum spend for any orders containing frozen items.
• Tracking: You will receive a tracking link to follow your order online.

📅 The Dispatch Schedule

Because our products are perishable, we only dispatch orders on Tuesdays to prevent parcels from being held in warehouses over the weekend.

• Orders placed Monday – Friday: Dispatched the following week.
• Processing Time: We aim to have all orders ready for shipment within 2 days of purchase.

📍 Local Pickup (London Residents)

If you are based in London, you can skip the shipping costs and the minimum spend by collecting your order from our kitchen in Tottenham (N15) during opening hours Thursday to Saturday 6 - 10pm

⚠️ Important Delivery Notes

• Missed Deliveries: Essential Vegan is not responsible if a delivery is attempted and no one is home. We cannot issue refunds for these scenarios.
• Action Required: If you might not be home, please instruct the courier to leave your parcel in a "safe place."
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please contact us via our online form or email at hello@essentialvegan.uk with a description of the issue, and we will process any necessary refunds.
