Traditional Portuguese snack - Bolinho de Bacalhau, is a popular appetizer in Brazil. Normally made with salt codfish, potatoes & lots of parsley. Our version is 100% vegan & prepared using jackfruit for texture & capers and nori sheets for that “fishy” flavour! We can’t get enough!

Storage
Refreeze immediately after receiving. Can be stored up to 3 months frozen & 3 days in the fridge

Cooking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250oc/gas mark 9
- Remove all packaging and place onto a baking tray lined with baking paper
- Bake in the centre of the oven for 12 to 14 minutes
- Remove from the oven and wait 2 minutes before serving for that extra crunch
- Cook from frozen or chilled
