Bolinho de Bacalhau
Potato, salt, wheat flour (contain GLUTEN), olive oil, young green jackfruit, nori sheets, red onion, capers, natural breadcrumbs, beer (water, barley malt, rice, hops), parsley

Pão de Queijo
Potato, sunflower oil, water, tapioca flour, nutritional yeast, baking powder, salt

Storage

Refreeze immediately after receiving. Can be stored for up to 3 months in freezer or 3 days in fridge

Cooking Instructions

Coxinha

  • Preheat oven to 250oc/ gas mark 9
  • Remove all packaging and place onto a baking tray lined with baking paper
  • Bake in the centre of the oven for 15 min from frozen, 10 min i defrosted, turning halfway
  • Remove from oven and wait 2 minutes before serving for that extra crunch


Bolinho de Bacalhau

  • Preheat oven to 250oc/gas mark 9
  • Remove all packaging and place onto a baking tray lined with baking paper
  • Bake in the centre of the oven for 12 to 14 minutes
  • Remove from oven and wait 2 minutes before serving for that extra crunch


Pão de Queijo

  • Preheat oven to 250oc/gas mark 9
  • Remove all packaging and place onto a baking tray lined with baking paper
  • Bake in the centre of the oven for 15 minutes or until slightly golden
  • Cook from frozen or chilled
